Account & Data Deletion (Dorpamine)


We respect your privacy and give you control over your information. You can delete your Dorpamine account and request deletion of associated data at any time. Deleting your account will affect Dorps you may own and your users will no longer have access to that Dorp or its contents. We recommend before deleting that any Dorps you wish to preserve that you transfer ownership in the app under the more button for Dorps. If you need a break or fell you may want to come back in the future there is an option to deactivate your account and you will be able to restore your account by logging in again.


Delete your account in the app (recommended)

If you can access the Dorpamine app, you can delete your account directly:

  1. Open Dorpamine
  2. Go to Settings (Top right cog icon on home screen)
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Confirm deletion


When you confirm, your account will be deleted and you will be signed out.


Can’t access the app?

If you’re unable to log in or don’t have access to the app, you can request deletion by contacting us:

Please include:

  • The email address or username associated with your Dorpamine account
  • Any additional details that help us identify your account (optional)


For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.


What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, we delete (or de-identify where applicable) the data associated with your account, which may include:

  • Account profile information (such as username, display name, email, and profile settings)
  • Content you created (such as posts, comments, and uploads)
  • Goal and progress information associated with your account
  • App activity associated with your account


What data may be retained?

In limited cases, we may retain certain information as required to:

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce our terms and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Maintain security and integrity of our services
  • Preserve records required for legitimate business purposes (for example, minimal logs for security auditing)


If any data is retained, it is limited and kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Delete specific content without deleting your account

You can also remove individual content at any time directly inside the app, including:

  • Posts
  • Comments
  • Messages
  • Uploaded media


Open the content menu (•••) and select Delete.

This removes the content from your account without deleting your entire profile.

Deletion timeline

We typically process account deletion requests from the app immediately, other wise support email requests within [7–30] days. In some cases, deletion may take longer due to security verification, legal requirements, or technical constraints.
